As Sivananda is one of the easy to practice Yoga discipline, anyone can start practicing Yoga with this popular Yoga tradition. Vinyasa yoga, one of the most effective power Yoga traditions, is taught by experienced and trained instructors here. They have special classes on prenatal yoga also.
