Yoga and surfing are a great combination, combining the worlds of land, water, and spirit to create an awesome retreat experience in Costa Rica. Anamaya, one of the world’s top yoga retreat centers, and certainly one of the most beautiful, now offers surfing and yoga together for its “Soul Surfers” program.

Anamaya easily has one of the most spectacular views of any hotel in Costa Rica, and its yoga deck and infinity edge swimming pool are right on the edge. Many of its guests say that “the view” was their primary reason to choose Anamaya.

Retreat participants will learn to surf, or improve the skills they already have, with daily surf classes, led by professional Costa Rican instructors. ### What’s Included

When comparing yoga retreats, it can be tricky because some places give you 6 nights and call it a “week” retreat. Others may not include the food, which if you eat at a restaurant will run hundreds of dollars for the week. Some may only include breakfast. Anamaya’s retreats include a full seven nights, and all your food. They use organic ingredients too, some of which is grown on their own farm nearby.

– Daily Yoga Classes

– Five Surf Lessons and Board Rental
